The Refund Policy:

– You can Cancel your Ticket anytime without any explaning why you refund WHEN: 
Your reservation is STARTING  in more than 24 Hours
– We can pay you a Refund if you are not satisfied with your Experience in your program.
For exampe:  You did not receive maximum service. 

In less than 24 Hour your program start  we dont give a refund only OUTSIDE the 24 Hours.
After booking your tour, we can modify  it if you ask us at one of our contact details.

The refund process TAKES maximum 72 Hours from the request.
